Apprendiamo con estremo dolore la notizia della scomparsa, a soli 29 anni, del giocatore dei Nottingham Panthers Adam Johnson, rimasto coinvolto ieri in un tragico scontro di gioco durante il match contro gli Sheffield Steelers. Dopo una carriera che l’aveva visto giocare in NHL, AHL, oltre che Svezia e Germania, il giocatore era arrivato quest’anno in EIHL.La comunità hockeystica italiana esprime profondo cordoglio e si stringe attorno alla famiglia Johnson e all’organizzazione dei Nottingham Panthers in questo tragico momento.

We learn with extreme sorrow the news of the passing, at only 29 years of age, of the Nottingham Panthers player Adam Johnson, who was involved in a tragic game accident yesterday during the match against the Sheffield Steelers. After a career in which he had played in the NHL, AHL, as well as Sweden and Germany, the forward had started playing in the EIHL this year.The Italian hockey community expresses deep condolences and stands with the Johnson family and the Nottingham Panthers organization at this tragic time.
